Ich biete: Technical Translations from various fields. As German native speaker and graduated technical translator of the German and English languages I have specified in many technical fields. During my 5 years studies at Flensburg Fachhochschule, Germany and Durban University, South Africa, I attended courses in German and English Linguistic Competence, Translation Competence, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (e.g. nuclear power plants including a one-day visit in the Krümel power plant, alternative and renewable energy sources (e.g. windparks), gas turbines, wind turbines, automotive etc.), Language Related Data Processing, Data Transmission, Language and Communication, Economics, Human Geography and others. In cooperation with Volkswagen in Wolfsburg I finished my studies with a diploma project in the subject of terminology in technical drawings. The result of this diploma project became part of the then new system at VW to integrate drawing designations into the CAD system.
